Dearkristina

Looking for a room to rent? We’re a couple (2) of Swedes and one cat 20 min outside of Amsterdam by metro and 5 min from the Arena by bus. We live near a green area and a lake. We have newly painted and somewhat renovated the entire flat, your room included, where there’s also new laminate floor. The toilet is just outside your room and if you smoke, we have 2 balconies (one big and one small) but we don’t accept smoking inside. We have internet, gas, floor heating, bathroom with bathtub, iron, hair-dryer and a social cat. The three of us consist of a 24 year old female part time student of international business that also works full-time with e-commerce, a 23 year old male that works full time with web design and e-commerce and a cat that is a comedian. Oh and yeah, we’re willing to let the room short term up to 6 months so naturally the price will vary. Please email k@dearkristina.com or d@nintera.com if interested. If you’re looking for renting a month or more, you can check our ad here for more info.

Please quote Kristina as reference. Cheers!

My friend and good photographer Sarina entered this contest for a trip to NYC and some more prices to it. Have a look at her work and vote, it’s really good stuff!

Went to this minibar tonight with some friends and former colleagues. Funny thing was I didn’t realize before going there that one former colleague was celebrating his birthday party, another was manager in the bar. I got to see many faces that I haven’t seen in a long time except Facebook and even got some feedback for this blog (thanks!). Mr Greek supplied us with tasty olives and good drinks. Ms Thai took some cool pictures. The rest of us seemed to enjoy the night out despite the lack of our love ones. Currently I am in a beeping bus, on my way home and grateful for a social evening out. Oops now the bus went quiet and engine slowed down. Better go.

Summertime.

Summertime.

I live in Amsterdam, yes…

Last Monday in class some classmates were discussing group sex, swingers clubs (to do it together) and similar things. Made me think of Eyes wide shut. Sect-kind-of-feeling. Then again, I live in Amsterdam.

Wonder what made them steer into that sort of conversation. But have to say, I still love my class. I think we will have great fun the coming years!

Metro sounds. Amsterdam red line 53.

Really figured out by now that some sounds can be fun to save!

Sounds near the Amstel canal, one of the most known canals in Amsterdam.

Look at this massive hair and you won’t miss her. This is one of our local profiles. She hangs in the metro (red line mostly) and is selling magazines/books.
